Lake Alan Henry !
Well...hunting season is over and it's time to dust off those reels. We plan to get an early start on the Lunker season with trips to Alan Henry and Fork. Alan Henry has been nice to me in the last few years and I plan to hit it several times this March. Weather is always a factor there and I don't think anyone is getting paid enough to forecast it right. But if you want to get one of those big pre-spawn fish, you just have to get out in it.

We were able to get a few of these fish on film. Actually, we have quite a few on film, just not enough space to put them all. I will be loading new photos from time to time, so check back and follow this "GALLERY" link to the latest and greatest.
What's NextAfter we log a Lunker and Alan Henry is tired of us fishing there, we will continue our big fish quest on Lakes Proctor, Brownwood, and Ivie. These lakes offer quite a bit of fun with Hybrids, whites, and even a catfish or two. |
